Super friendly service. Not super fancy (it is in a little strip mall), but it was clean and decent atmosphere. We shared chips and salsa and beef and fish tacos. Everything was excellent and authentic. I would have preferred an option for seared rather than deep fried fish, but that's just my preference and they were still excellent. Suggestions for making it even better... Ditch the disposable plastic containers for salsa, sauces, etc. I'm ok with the baskets for the tacos, but a plate with taco holder would make things a bit more upscale.

Would be 5 stars but place is pretty plain: that being said but who cares if the food is amazing!! went here at about 2:30 in the afternoon, so the place was dead. We were the only people there staff was friendly and attentive explained our options. There’s a lot of different food options on the menu, which is nice vegetarian options and different protein options. It is very authentic. The food was excellent. I was quite happy with my tacos. My wife had a burger and some fries. The french fries fries were uniquely seasoned and then her burger was good. The patties are fresh. There’s nothing frozen all their sauces. Salsa and other condiments are homemade from scratch in HOUSE. I met the owner. He’s from Puerto Vallarta. Very nice fellow. Good business good food pretty good prices. I’d like to come back and try some other items overall very good experience Gracias.

A new addition to the neighbourhood and it is awesome! If you love tacos and burritos this is a place you have to go!! We tried three different types of tacos and all were excellent. Great flavour!! Very authentic and like street tacos in Mexico!! Owner was personable and inviting, staff were great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

What a great new spot! It’s rare to find a new place that does two kinds of cuisine well, but Ayguey does it. I went in with some friends who had been there once before, and both the tacos and burgers were as good as they claimed. I will definitely be making a detour to come here on my way home from work so I can try more menu items. I ate pork Pastor tacos and they were amazing. There are a bunch of tables inside and outside, and if you don’t like the mediocre decor you’ll forget about it quickly once you start eating. They put the effort into the food, not the wallpaper. EDIT: Today when I went in there was a small mixup in the order and I ended up getting free pastor tacos as well as the pescado tacos I ordered. Holy smokes, everything was so good and I was so full when I left… I love this place.

Stopped in for lunch and had the Rajas Burrito and the Chips and Salsa to go. For the burrito, I was surprised that (unlike most places) I was not asked if I wanted to add sour cream or guacamole, or how spicy I wanted it. I would have loved both, and would have liked it to be spicy(er). Having said that, the burrito itself was very good, and I was able to add my own hot sauce when I got home. Chips and salsa were also great. Clearly chips made in-house and very tasty. Was not asked about salsa, but got 2 different ones in the box. Overall very good; I'd love to try more items.

Wasn’t too sure about this place when we pulled up because it’s in the strip mall behind a gas station, but the food was very authentic and lots of flavor. Very tasty. We tried the tacos, but we will be back to try the burgers. Yummy

Family owned and the best Mexican Food I’ve had in this city in a long time in Victoria! The Birria tacos were tender, authentic and served on corn tortillas (3) with double the amount of braised beef you get anywhere else. The avocado salsa verde was phenomenal and the au jus on the side was a nice touch. My wife and toddler shared the Chicken Tinga Burrito which was delicious and Huge! We will definitely be back to try their Burger Menu as it looks amazing.
